Privacy policy

Information you give us. When you submit a project brief or contact form, we collect what you enter: name, email, company, phone (optional), and details about your project, budget, and timeline.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we collect standard technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and advertising click IDs) so we know which of our ads and pages work.

We use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies or similar technologies, which may include the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.), Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google LLC), and the Reddit Pixel and Conversions API (Reddit, Inc.). These tools help us measure ad performance and reach people likely to be interested in our services.

When you submit a form, we may share limited information with these platforms to measure conversions: hashed versions of your email, phone, and first name (hashing means the raw value is not exposed), together with technical data such as your IP address, browser user-agent, and advertising cookie identifiers. The site also stores campaign attribution (UTM tags, click IDs) in your browser's local storage and may set an advertising cookie (such as Meta's _fbc) first-party. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Your Online Choices, YourAdChoices, or your platform settings on Meta, Google, and Reddit.

To respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver services, improve our site and offers, measure advertising, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information. Because sharing conversion data with advertising platforms can count as “sharing” under some laws (such as California's CPRA), you can opt out of that sharing at any time by emailing us — we'll exclude your information from ad measurement.

Service providers who help us run this site and business: hosting (Vercel), databases, email delivery, scheduling (e.g. Calendly), team communication, and the advertising platforms named above — each only to the extent needed to do their job.

We keep lead and project information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above, then delete it. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is limited to people who need it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time — email rohan@westfoldinnovations.com. Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights, which we honor.
